Private Vaults

• The Private Photo Gallery is one of the two Private Vaults where members can display up to 25 images that are more sensual, sexually provocative, enticing, alluring, erotic, flirting.....you get the idea.

• The Private Video Arcade is a private area where members can display up to three videos that are more sensual, sexually provocative, enticing, alluring, erotic, flirting.....same as the Photo Gallery except it's videos.

• You can upload any photo to your Private Photo Gallery, or any video to your Private Video Arcade, as long as it contains you and only you. We do NOT allow any photo or video that is pornographic or could be construed as 'vulgar', 'obscene' or 'offensive' by a reasonable person. That includes blatant sexual acts, either alone or with someone or something else.
• Your public photos and videos should entice the opposite sex to WANT to subscribe to your Private Vaults, so not only do you want to include photos of how good looking you are, but you’ll also want to tease them with what they can probably expect to see in your Private Vaults.
• Our proprietary software can 'see' images having negative content, and it blocks them from even being loaded.
• We don't censor any image you upload that could by considered erotic, sensual, teasing, flirtatious, alluring, inviting, enticing, titillating, or sexually provocative as long as it doesn't violate our prohibitions (see 'prohibited', next).
• Images can be of you fully clothed, partially clothed, barely dressed, in lingerie, in only panties or boxers, or completely nude. They can include anything that others might find to be positive and attractive without being shocked or repulsed.
• We permit photos that include a vagina, breasts, buttocks or penis as long as they meet certain limitations (see 'prohibited', next)
• We permit photos showing someone who is dressed in leather and holding but not using a sexually oriented device or toy as long as the image does not overtly suggest sadism or masochism or 'any other -ism'.
• You ma not include a child or any other person.
• Images must be ONLY of you.
• You may include an animal only if it enhances the overall image in an 'artistic' or 'tasteful' manner. (For example: a naked person holding the harness of a horse while standing in a field of green grass; a woman lying on a bed wearing little to nothing with a dog doing nothing but lying next to her; a person swimming naked with a pod of dolphins; etc).

• Our proprietary software can 'see' images with negative content, and will block it from your collection.
• We block any photo with a child  or anyone other than you in the photo.
• Every photo you want to upload is scanned by our proprietary software that will catch and block certain types of images:
  • images with anyone other than you in the photo (it can't include another person);
  • images with children of any kind;
  • images of animals engaged in lewd sexual acts;
  • images that are obviously or could be construed as 'vulgar', 'obscene' or 'offensive' by standards held by most reasonable people.
  • images that are obviously pornographic (eg, 'spread-eagle shots; photos of or including the anus or frontal and revealing shots of the vagina; etc). NO sex acts, folks!!
  • images actively portraying sadistic, masochistic or depraved sexual acts.
  • images of any human other than you in the shot.
• It's possible that we could miss a particular image. That's why we have a staff of robots that do nothing but randomly review members' Private Vaults (actually our 'robots' are underpaid humans who toil in the dungeon daily at a robotic pace for a wage that is so ridiculous it would drive a reasonable person insane).
• Images can't be taken in areas that suggest child porn or bestiality, for instance, not in a day care center or school classroom, or in a location with a horse or dog (with some exceptions. See 'Permitted', above)
• If Quigley decides (at our sole discretion) that an image contains subject matter that Quigley doesn’t think is appropriate, that image will be deleted and the member will be notified of the violation as well as reason for its deletion.
• Repeat violations by the same member could result in the violator being blocked from subsequent uploads, either temporarily or permanently, closure of that member’s Private Vaults, or expulsion from all Quigley properties (which means any of our websites).

Only members of the opposite sex who have paid you a monthly subscription fee for the privilege of doing so can see your Private Vaults.  That's how you can make money......a LOT of it!

• To enjoy looking at another member's Private Photo Gallery and Private Video Arcade, you have to subscribe to it by paying a nominal subscription fee of $5/month.
• Paying subscription fees gives you unlimited access to that member's Private Vaults for 30-days. It renews automatically unless you cancel it.
• 80% of each subscription fee ($4.00) goes directly into that member's personal 'Q/Account'.  Quigley retains only $1.00 as a service fee.
• Subscribers receive notifications when a new image is uploaded into a member's Private Vaults (only one notice will be sent each day at 5pm CST, regardless of number of uploads)
• Subscriptions to the Private Photo Gallery and the Private Video Arcade are separate subscriptions and the subscription fee applies to only one of the member's Private Vaults.

• You'll earn $4 from every subscription to each of your private vaults ($4 x 1, or $4 x 2, etc).
• The low fee entices each member to subscribe to many Vaults of many members ('cuz the nominal $5 fee doesn't 'break their bank').
• The 'owner' of the images makes more money as the total number of subscribers increases (more people are likely to subscribe if the fee for each subscription is low). As in any other business, you earn more money on volume (numerous people at $4 produces more than a few members at $18).
• Imagine the following examples of what you can earn from subscriptions:
  • If you have 10 subscriptions to your Private Photo Gallery, you'll make $40 (10 x $4=$40). So you covered your membership fee this month....snore!
  • Add another 10 subscriptions to your Private Video Arcade. Then you'll make $80 ([10 x 4] + [10 x $4] = $80) which is double your membership fee, so you made an extra $40 for that month.  Enough for a beer and some pizza. NOT impressed!!
  • Now imagine there are 50,000 members of this website, and half of them are the opposite sex (50,000/2 = 25,000).
  • Reduce that to only 10% of that number (25,000/.10 = 2,500 members).
  • Presume that only 10% of that number (2,500 x 10% = 250) subscribe to only one of your Vaults (250 x $4 = $1,000). So with only 1% or 250 members of the opposite sex paying you for only 1 vault, you'd make $1,000...per month. Much better.
  • But let's take it further to probable outcomes, because far more than 1% of the male population is interested in seeing sexy women, especially the men using dating websites. So if 10% of the total male members (25,000 x .10 = 2,500) paid you for only 1 vault, you'd make $10,000 per month (2,500 x $4 = $10,000).
  • To go really crazy with the possibilities, imagine if you could open up your Photo Gallery to the entire population of the United States (350mil), half of whom are the opposite sex (175mil), and 20% of whom are between 18-35 (35mil).
  • It's a statistical fact that more than 25% of that group (35/4 = 8.75mil) use one or more dating sites.
  • Presume that only 1% of that number (8.75mil x .01 = 87,500) Joined Quigley Shores.
  • Imagine if only 1% of that number (87,500 x .01 = 875) subscribes to one of your vaults (875 x $4ea/month =$3,500 a month.
  • More realistically, we expect that an estimated 1,000,000 people will join Quigley Shores by the end of the 2nd year.  If only 1/4% of that number (25,000 people) subscribed to only one of your Vaults every month, you'd be earning $10,000 per month.
• You could earn nothing if you have no subscribers. That could happen if your 'public' images do not tempt someone to want to see more.
• Your public images can be suggestive of what's in your private vault, but may not show any nudity. Yet they can be enticing enough to draw potential subscribers to your Vaults. Contact "Guest Relations" for suggestions.
• The endgame:  You could bring in a vast amount each month just for posing erotically and uploading HOT images of yourself.

• If you derive income from some activity you undertake or service you performed, regardless of the nature of that activity, those 'earnings' will probably be considered 'earned income' by the Internal Revenue Service, and that income could be taxable.
• Providing photographs for enjoyment by members of the opposite sex for a fee would probably be considered earned income for a 'contractor'. We are assuming that is the case.
• YOU are responsible for paying ALL taxes assessed against the income you derive by engaging in the subscription program.
• Neither Quigley Shores or its parent Quigley Oats, LLC nor any of its properties or limited partnerships, no officer, director or employee is liable for paying your taxes to the IRS.
• Neither Quigley Oats, LLC, nor any of its properties or limited partnerships, no officer, director or employee will withhold any money from the sum you earn each month.
• We suggest you set aside at least 15% of whatever you earn and put it into a special bank account specifically to pay those taxes, and not touch it until you are legally required to do so (which could be each quarter, at the end of the calendar year, or by a certain date).
• By February 1st of each year, we'll send a Form 1099 that reflects the total amount paid to you from the subscription program.
• We'll file with the IRS the appropriate document reflecting the money you were paid from our subscription program.

Unlike most other dating sites, we act as our own hosting service and have direct connection to the internet.  We put NONE of our content in the Cloud. Everything is on Quigley's own server over which we have complete control. That gives you far greater protection and privacy.  So all of the photos and videos in your Private Vaults take up space in our server’s memory banks. Furthermore, the smaller number doesn’t  require you to come up with a multitude of photos or videos either at the start, or as you change them out.

Any time and as often as you want. We encourage you to change out any or all your photos and videos regularly. For example, you could have 10,000 photos and 300 videos stored on your computer. You simply upload new ones whenever you want to change them out. You might want to continually offer new suggestive poses in various places or in various attire, perhaps with a variety of backdrops or in various situations. Doing this will retain existing subscribers, and gain new ones. The more subscribers you have, the more money you will make.

We have code on the website that prohibits anyone from copy/pasting or downloading anything on our site specifically for that reason. We make downloading or saving anything on our site a violation of our terms of use that every member must agree to and abide with in order to use our sites. We cannot guarantee that no one else can get your photo or video, but we make it quite difficult for them to do so. If a photo of yours appears on any other website, notify us, and we’ll help you track down the person who was likely responsible, and help you with any legal recourse you might want to pursue. We have written a prohibition of copying and pasting anything.  But screenshots can still be made, although we're trying to develop software that will make any screenshot or download turn black.

Your Payout Account is credited with earnings from Subscriber payments, less:

• platform fees;
• payment processing fees;
• chargeback reserves;
• refunds;
• taxes and withholding; and
• any other amounts permitted by law or disclosed to you.

The amounts that apply to your account are shown in the Services and in your payout statements.

We may delay, withhold, reverse or offset payouts in order to:

• address fraud or suspected fraud;
• respond to chargebacks or refunds;
• comply with legal or tax obligations;
• verify identity or payment information; and
• enforce the Terms.

If you are a Subscriber, you may access Creator content only for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use — and only during the period you have paid for and while your account remains in good standing.

You may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, record or republish Creator content, except where the law expressly permits it or the Company has given written permission.

Yes. You retain ownership of the Member Content you submit, post or upload, subject to the licence you grant us under the Terms so that we can operate and display the Services.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting or technical display, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit and otherwise use your Member Content as reasonably necessary to:

• operate and improve the Services;
• display your content to other Members as your settings intend;
• promote the Services or your profile and content, where permitted by law and your account settings; and
• detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security issues and policy violations.

You keep ownership of your content; the licence allows us to run and promote the Services.

When you submit Member Content you represent and warrant that:

• you own or control all rights necessary to submit it;
• it does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• any person appearing in it has consented to that use, where required by law; and
• it is accurate, lawful and non-confidential.
