We are a liberal, progressive business whose websites are each managed and operated primarily by women and racial minorities. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policies are written with the safety of each member in mind.

We believe good ‘relationships’ are the single most important factor leading to a happy, successful life. Without a good relationship with parents, friends, SO’s and even complete strangers, there is no support group, no one to rely on or who can rely on you, and your world gets smaller…. leaving only YOU behind.  Think of how many friends you have…..REAL ones you spend time or speak to often, not on Facebook. You can probably count them on one hand.

Good relationships help you identify who You are, as a person, and give you the emotional support each of us needs; people to rely on as much as they know they can rely on you. You can call on those relationships for advice and even guidance, because the better your relationships are with others, the easier and more enjoyable you’ll find life to be.

1. Quigley Shores is open to anyone age 18 and older…..we’ll encourage you to go through our special “Verified ID” program to prove to everyone else that you are who you say you are.
2. Women discover that Quigley Shores offers a safer, more wholesome and more accurately selective dating site than anywhere in the world. Both online and in face-to-face dates, we offer greater protection and security for women than any other dating website….anywhere. 3. Although we recognize and encourage diversity and inclusion, we also understand that most people prefer to stay within their own ethnicity and race when looking for a companion. As such, the primary target audience for Quigley Shores is the heterosexual Caucasian (including Latinx). Although anyone of any ethnicity, nationality and sexual preference can join Quigley Shores, we have different websites that focus on different audiences:
   • Quigley Sands focuses on the heterosexual African American / black population.
   • Quigley Island focuses on anyone of any ethnicity who identifies as LGBTQ.
   • Quigley Pines focuses on anyone of any ethnicity who is over the age of 55, with each ethnicity having its own chalet.
   • Quigley Beach is for residents of any other ethnicity, each ethnicity having its own separate cabana.

Yes. While we do offer you the option of joining using your Facebook or Google account which many of our members have, you are not required to have a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter account when you Join the Quest at Quigley Shores.

You may first Take a Tour to learn about the features our website offers, see the members of our site on a revolving Wheel, review these FAQs, and register on Quigley Shores for free. However, member's features on Quigley Shores are accessible only after paying a single membership fee. There are no upgrades or premium levels, 'cuz you get it all for one fee. The features of all our properties are limited to members only, but once you’re a member, you have virtually unlimited access.

You may contact any other member of the opposite sex, have access to their public photos, videos and portfolio, view and contact members on The Wheel, and numerous other fun and elite features offered on Quigley Shores that you won’t find available on any other dating site. Guaranteed !

Quigley Shores offers a single fee of only $35/month, with no contract and no commitment. And while other websites and dating sites offer special pricing to attract NEW members, your membership fee continually lowers the longer you remain a member, with our highest fees for new members. We could never understand why businesses have a lower price for new members instead of rewarding loyal followers…..which is why we are unique. By the time you’ve been a member for 5 years, you’ll be paying a membership fee of only $15/month.

• Quigley Shores is currently on Facebook, Instagram, Likee, CocoFun, and Twitter, and you can join using any of those platforms.
• You can access our website at QuigleyShores using a Windows PC, a Mac desktop, a laptop, or any mobile device.
• Click “Join the Quest” in the header.

Quigley Shores makes your personal safety our Top Priority. We use the best technology to filter profiles as we make every effort possible to ensure that we have the actual identity of each member.

We reject anyone using a Virtual Private Network, requiring them instead to use their own network connection. We also require members to accept cookies that further identifies a computer’s dedicated IP address which tells us their location. Before they can start using any feature of our website, we require them to select their own gender. If they decide to join, we then require them to provide verifiable personal information, including residence address, date of birth and, although it is optional, facial recognition.

All of this information increases the probability that we're confirming their true identity. They are also encouraged to opt into our 'Verified ID' program, as well as use our 'Facial Recognition' to log-in.

If at any time another member’s behavior makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, just throw them into your Blocked Box. Most dating websites either require you to prove harassment or threats, or have you wait while they give the other side a chance to give their side of the story. Quigley Shores doesn’t care about that. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we just cut them off.

You can do this in two ways: if you’re both chatting, then each is on the other’s Chats Page. Each person on a Chats page has his or her profile photo displayed, and next to it is a switch. Simply click that ‘Switch’ to OFF, and they’ll be blocked from contacting you again. You can also contact our Guest Relations and we’ll terminate the connection for you. Un-block them any time from your “Blocked Box”.

To reduce the insecurity other members may feel about one’s identity, we encourage members to opt into our “Verified ID” program.

• You can read about (or listen to) other members' interests.
• You'll have access to articles, blogs and video-logs that may be of interest and be beneficial in your life, and relationships you develop at Quigley Shores.
  • Men get articles, blogs and video-logs of interest to men; women get articles, blogs and video-logs that focus on women. Neither gets access to the other's.
  • Both men and women get articles and blogs related to couples.
• You can write an article or blog of your own and we'll publish it for other members.
• If you have suggestions for additional forums, all you have to do is ask.
• You can begin communicating with any member of the opposite sex by sending a flirt: a smile, a wink, a kiss or a flower.
• If you get a return flirt, the two of you are hooked up automatically in your Chat pages.
• You'll get unlimited chats, video-chats, and virtual dating, no extra fee.
• We offer safe, 'Virtual Dates' that let you choose your setting to enhance the mood.
• As a female-friendly site, women control the conversation. From enrollment to an in-person encounter, we're there for you.
• Women get special and personalized benefits that we'll tell you all about when you become a member.

Quigley Shores offers a single low individual membership fee of $35/month, with diminishing rates the longer your membership. There's no contract, no commitment, and no levels that cost you more for each service you want.  It's yours from the day you join. AND we reduce your membership fees the longer you're a member. If you stay a member for five years, you deserve some recognition for it, so by that point you'll pay a fee of only $10.00 /month. We reward loyalty instead of offering a lower incentive for new members (yes, we know these are crazy concepts, but there you are.)

Memberships are renewed automatically each month on the same day you joined.

No. All Quigley dating sites limit membership to residents of the United States; to Indigenous Native Americans; and to those living in territories of the United States which includes American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Just as the name implies, it's a huge, revolving Wheel that's loaded with members' profile photos and links to their profiles.
• You can lease a frame of your own and be among our Specialized Selection for a single, low fee.
• You could Win placement on The Wheel through one of our Member's Only Contests.
• Men see only women, and women see only men.
• Members stay on The Wheel for three days so new visitors to the site and other members are likely to see your image among the first.

You may terminate your membership at any time by clicking the "Terminate my Membership" link in the footer of your Profile page, or you can contact our Resort Manager or our Guest Relations.

Do “opposites attract”?  While it’s true that someone else’s personality traits include qualities you don’t have, that’s not actually ‘opposites’. Research has shown that too many “opposites” actually create conflict and discord in the relationship, and what was a ‘cute’ trait becomes ‘irritating’ or ‘disgusting’. Positive, long-lasting relationships are best achieved with someone having most qualities like our own, with only certain qualities being different. Developing a meaningful relationship begins with an open mind, accepting the other person for who they are….and not because you intend to ‘change’ them.

It also requires good communication between the two of you, the ability to speak openly about feelings, and finding solutions to problems that are good for both of you.

When you register, we ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire. Your answers are cross-matched with answers provided by members of the opposite sex so we can provide you with other members who have similar interests and opinions.

Prices, fees and payment terms are disclosed before you purchase, where required by law. The amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to that purchase.

Unless you cancel in line with the cancellation process, you authorise us and our Payment Providers to charge your selected payment method for recurring or one-time purchases, including applicable taxes, fees and renewals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless a refund is required by law or we expressly state otherwise in writing.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback or refund may end the related access and lead to amounts being reversed or offset.

Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated. Until then, your access continues for the period you have paid for and while your account remains in good standing.

After that, no further payments are taken for the cancelled subscription and access to the related content ends.

When an account is deleted or terminated we may retain certain information as required by law, and for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax compliance, recordkeeping and other legitimate business purposes.

Information others have copied, or that appears in backups, may persist for a period. We handle retention in line with the Privacy Policy.

Yes. By using the Services you consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications electronically — by email, in-app message or posted notice. To the extent permitted by law, those communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Keep the email address on your account current, and check it for notices about your membership, billing and changes to the Services.

Yes. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and by any applicable biometric, cookie or data-use policies. Together with the Terms, they describe how the Services work and how your information is handled.

We may offer a referral or incentive program, subject to additional terms. We may modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time — but rewards already earned and validly vested before a change will not be affected, except as required by law.

We may withhold or reverse referral rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, error or a breach of the referral terms.
